- 50ml acqua
- qualche goccia di limone
- 1 pizzico di sale
- 125g albume
- 250g zucchero
- aroma di ciliegie
Vista la durata, è più saggio prepararle la sera prima e lasciarle asciugare tuta la notte…!

Here it is Ginger Jane's first meringue, also called "spumino": light, sweet, airy... and shocking pink! I used to follow the italian meringue recipe, and I add few drops of roses flavor and pink coloring gel.
Italian Meringue
Ingredients
- 50ml water
- few lemon drops
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125g egg white
- 250g sugar
- cherry flavor
Because of the duration, it's wiser to prepare it the night before and let them dry all through the night...!
